You will report to the Purchasing Manager, the Senior Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for all aspects of the production processes, tooling and equipment. Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field an accredited institution.
- Age 30 years old up.
- At least 5 years experience in manufacturing (preferably in automotive industry) with at least 2 years in supervisory level.
- Good knowledge in quality sys tem such as ISO9000, QS9000, or ISO/TS 16949 especially audit function.
- Good command of English language in reading, written and oral communication.
- Computer Literate in basic business software (MS Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic production environment with minimum supervision.
- Good negotiation, communication, and leadership skill.
- Able to travel aboard and upcountry.

- Able to research and development, innovation of new ideas/ concepts and designing and product development of foam pads.
- Engineer new concepts in line with customer requirements.
