Qualifications:

- Male.
- Age 35 ~ 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, major Electronics or Mechanical Field.
- Good written and spoken in English and having knowledge of Japanese languages will be appreciated.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Human Resources development.
- Able to work in Amata nakorn industrial Estate. (Chonburi Province)
- Able to work in and the shift operation.
- Extremely good team working.

Responsibilities:

- Day to Day management about new Part Sourcing, data management, cost analysis, cost down activities, PLP, Allocation and other.
- Consider necessary plan and activity to achieve target assigned by management.
- Coordinator with related parties to support for new part and new model.
- Consider about budget, manpower, motivation and education plan required.
- Control and report result or necessary information to management.
- Consider proper direction for source management, such as imported part policy, part from Sony group, direct vendor.
- Consider vendor capacity and allocation ratio.
- Coordinate with control division and business group to set up target and control for cost analysis and cost down according to assignment from management.
- Consider for cost down activities required.
- Consider and Coordinate with Business group for cost analysis and cost down determination.
- Consider guideline for price decision to instruct and educate Sourcing officer:
- cost table method.
- Price comparison method.
- Coordinate with Sony group plant for Sony group Part price.

- Experience 5 years in Mechanical engineer and 3 years in Mechanical Engineer.
