Title: Human Resource Manager
Salary Package: 35,000 - 70,000 Baht
Responsibilities:
  • Define or verify the mission or core purpose of the company.
  • Identify the vision or reachable future of the company.
  • Create the common cohesion for every officer on what the company and everybody stand for.
  • Analyze the current work culture of the organization and plan the expected format.
  • Determine the core competencies of the organization followed by the competency model of business development and marketing jobs.
  • Conduct manning analysis based on competency modeling.
  • Revise the organization structure, management & human resources practice.
  • Develop KPI for performance grading.
  • Design performance based management system.
  • Determine optimal grading structure.
  • Create Link pay to performance management.
  • Set the standard of salary, compensation, bonus, and fringe benefit for both local and international staffs.
  • Develop methods for recruiting the right people for the right job.
  • Structuralize the clear lines of authority and accountability.
  • Established clear, well-documented work process.
  • Devise clear job descriptions and requirement.
  • Conduct job analysis/evaluation.
  • Provide necessary training and development for employees.
  • Responsible for pay roll of Thai and foreign staffs.
  • Interview, hire, give orientation to new employee, arrange contract for recruitment and resignation.
  • Manage benefits to all managerial and non-managerial staffs.
  • Contacting and proceeding recruitment agencies both in Thailand and abroad for hiring candidates.
  • Maintain and approve employee discipline, warning letter, and reference letter.
  • Maintain and update personal information.
  • Keep track of sick, casual, and vacation time.
  • Contact and deal with the Public Welfare Department and Labor Ministry.
  • Contact and function with The Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and Provident Fund Manager.
  • Work on projects such as  Salary Structure Project, Employee Recognition Project, and Office Relocation Project.
  • Work on other assignments from CEO.
Qualifications:
  • Male or Female, age not over 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management, or related fields with focus on strategic planning and development or organization strategic planning and development.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 year experience in human resource management, preferably in a dynamic growth oriented company with proven track record
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English and Thai with computer literacy.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Laws.
  • Strong employee relation and training management.
  • Team leader, creative, good negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Good personality and optimistic.

Title: Human Resource Development (Officer)
Salary Package: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Implement HRD policy and practice to serve the need of each business unit.
  • Coordinate in identifying and distribute annual training plan.
  • Providing advice and consultation regarding human resource development matters to the management and concerned parties.
  • Keep eyes on the internal and external movement e.g. legal and regulation, and internal issues e.g. employee moral, turn over, then proposing the solution if it is HRD related issue.
  • Manage to set up and maintain company’s competency matrix and competency related matter e.g. Competency based Training, performance management etc.
  • Implement career path that encourage and attract employee, improving current work process to keep it simples and more efficient.
  • Operation partnership (ISO 9000:14000:18000, TS, Key skill development etc.)
  • Having experience in training program for sub-contractor will be advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Male Age 24-30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Social Science, Industrial Psychology or Master in Human Resources Development is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of practical experience in Human Resource Development performance management, Organization development and competency base management.
  • Be acquainting to manage the change.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good personality and strong interpersonal skill.
