Paragon Executive Search
| |
At Paragon, we know our clients are searching for high quality permanent recruits who will add value to their company. Our experienced Paragon Search Consultants work hard to understand client's specific needs so that we can deliver the most suitable candidates. One major advantage of using Paragon Executive Search is savings from advertising cost. Our consultants normally bypass advertising by directly contacting targeted candidates who have a proven track record, are successful, and are unlikely to respond to an advertisement. We know that this search process will deliver the best candidates to our clients. Paragon Executive Search offers three services aimed at assisting our clients:
|
Retained Search
| |
This is our premium executive recruiting service. Paragon Retained Search consultants find the best candidates using search methods that have proven to be successful in both Europe and Asia. Our consultants are trained to understand a client' s industry and market niche then analyze client needs and requests accordingly. In Retained Search, consultants begin the search process by contacting and qualifying targeted candidates. After exhaustive vetting, eligible candidates are then aggregated into an initial " long list ". These candidates then undergo detailed first interviews given face-to-face by a Paragon consultant who carefully assesses their potential. Once first interviews have concluded, a narrowed " short list " of candidates is drafted and presented to the client. In addition, confidential interview reports showcasing each candidate are also provided to the client. Candidates on this short list are also called to a second face-to-face meeting with a Paragon representative so that we can perform a final check of these candidates before sending them to a client. The client then gives second interviews to candidates on the " short list." Once a client makes a decision to hire a candidate, Paragon will assist in salary and benefit negotiations.
|
Contingency Search
| |
Paragon Contingency Search best fulfills a client' s need when a rapid and more cost effective recruitment solution is preferred. Contingency Search differs from Paragon Retained Search because it does not include the time consuming processes necessitated by a retained assignment. The Contingency Search process is a condensed version of our retained executive search process. What is different is the removal of face-to-face screenings and first interviews with Paragon representatives. Instead, Paragon recruiting specialists use telephoning techniques to screen and interview targeted candidates included on an initial " long list ". Successful candidates are then placed on a " short list " to be further interviewed in person by the client. Once a candidate is selected by a client, a Paragon representative will assist in salary and benefit negotiations.
|
Ad Search
| |
When a client requires multiple candidates or candidates for multiple locations, we suggest using Paragon Ad Search. This service maximizes candidate response which leads to a greater chance of finding good candidates. Paragon begins Ad Search by providing advertisement copywriting and design then receives and manages candidate advertised response. From this point, Paragon consultants use the same selection methodology as Contingency Search. A " long list " of candidates is drafted for first interviews by Paragon and then a " short list " of candidates is drafted for second interviews by the client. Note, from our years of experience, we have found that many of the people who respond to classified ads are not always the best fit for our clients. Therefore, in addition to the candidates we carefully select from the pool of ad respondents, we will also deliver a group of searched candidates who Paragon has targeted and recruited to fulfill the client' s exact requirements. The client receives the best of both selection and search in one Paragon service. When a client decides to hire a candidate, Paragon then assists in negotiating the candidate' s salary and benefits.
